Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is hiring an entry-level Sales Representative in Charleston, WV. No experience required; you’ll receive a paid, hands-on training program in sales and logistics to build relationships, negotiate freight deals, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery.

You’ll start with 6 months of direct training, earning a base of $40,000–$45,000 in your first year, plus uncapped commissions. Reps average six figures after three years, with top earners surpassing that level.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs and manage daily operations.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting, and cold calling.
• Establish relationships and close new customers, negotiating prices with customers and carriers.
