Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering is required.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Willing to rotate to different US locations every 12-18 months for 3-5 years.
• Ability and willingness to obtain a TWIC card.
• Strong team building, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work in mentor-guided roles to develop leadership and engineer creative solutions.
• Deliver high-performance teamwork to manufacture and supply essential products.
• Rotate through different business processes and local day-to-day operations to gain exposure.
• Gain on-the-job experience and leadership training during rotations.
