Job summary
Westlake Chemical seeks new graduate engineers for its Graduate Rotational Opportunities program. The 3–5 year program offers rotations across Operations, Reliability, Capital Projects, CI, Process Controls, Business Management, and Supply Chain. Participants work with mentors to deliver innovative solutions and develop leadership skills while supporting essential product and process improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
0–2 years of relevant work experience.
Minimum 3.0 GPA.
Willingness to rotate to different US locations every 12–18 months for 3–5 years.
Ability and willingness to obtain a TWIC card.
Strong teamwork, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
Work in roles under a mentor to develop leadership and engineering solutions.
Engage in rotations across Operations, Reliability, Capital Projects, CI, Process Controls, Business Management, and Supply Chain & Logistics.
Deliver breakthrough solutions and drive process improvements.
Develop leadership capabilities and maintain a safety-focused mindset.
