Westlake is offering the GROW program for newly graduated chemical engineers seeking to accelerate their careers through a 3–5 year rotational leadership development track. Participants explore roles in operations, reliability, capital projects, and more while receiving mentorship and hands-on experience to drive product and process innovation.

During the rotations, you will develop leadership skills, pursue cost- and quality-improvement initiatives, and work in diverse US locations.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Chemical Engineering required.
• GPA minimum 3.0.
• 0–2 years relevant work experience.
• Willing to rotate to US locations every 12–18 months for 3–5 years.
• Able to obtain TWIC card.
• Strong leadership, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through roles under a mentor to develop leadership and problem-solving.
• Contribute to projects across operations, reliability, capital projects, and process improvement.
• Gain on-the-job experience in diverse Westlake locations in the US.
