Job summary

Westlake Chemical Corporation invites new graduates to join the GROW program, a 3–5 year rotational leadership development track in the Performance and Essential Materials segment. You will explore operations, reliability, capital projects, and more while mentored and challenged to innovate.

Participants rotate every 12–18 months across US locations, gain hands-on experience, and build leadership and technical skills to become future engineers such as Process, Production, or Maintenance

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Willing to rotate to US locations every 12-18 months for 3-5 years.
• Ability to obtain TWIC.
• Strong team building, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work in roles under a mentor in your designated area of focus.
• Rotations to learn diverse business processes and functions.
• Provide leadership and engineer creative solutions for product and process innovation.
• Develop as an essential member of the Westlake team through high-performance teamwork.
