Job summary

Westlake's Graduate Rotational Opportunities program (GROW) is a 3–5 year leadership track for newly graduated chemical engineers. Participants rotate through Operations, Reliability, Capital Projects, Continuous Improvement, Process Controls, Business Management, and Supply Chain & Logistics to gain broad exposure and real-world impact.

You will work with a mentor, build leadership and technical skills, and tackle projects that influence product and process innovation.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Willing to rotate to different US locations every 12–18 months for 3–5 years.
• Ability and willingness to obtain a TWIC card.
• Strong team-building, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across Operations, Reliability, Capital Projects, Continuous Improvement, Process Controls, Business Management, and Supply Chain & Logistics.
• Work under a mentor to develop leadership and technical capabilities.
• Contribute to projects that enable product and process innovation.
• Develop solutions that improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
