The University of Oregon’s College of Design seeks an Assistant Director of Graduate Recruitment to lead recruitment for graduate programs across DSGN and engage prospective students.

As part of the Office of Student Services, you will develop leads through on-campus and off-campus events, interviews, and counseling, and manage admission progress with regular reporting; travel domestically and occasionally internationally is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of equivalent education and experience.
• Three years of recruitment, admission or sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Ability to use technology for communication, record keeping, and data management.
• Knowledge of international student perspectives and needs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and generate student leads for Design graduate programs and provide counseling on program attributes.
• Conduct admissions interviews and review application materials to render decisions.
• Monitor progress from start to completion and resolve issues in the process.
• Create and deliver weekly, monthly, and yearly admission reports.
• Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and craft communications to leads and admitted students.
• Travel domestically and occasionally internationally for recruiting events; office hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Mon-Fri.
