Job summary

Drexel University in Philadelphia seeks an Assistant Director of Recruitment to drive undergraduate and graduate admissions for the Antoinette Westphal College of Media Arts & Design. You will lead on- and off-campus recruiting, present to audiences, and analyze data to improve yields while collaborating with faculty and college leadership.

The role requires travel, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns; a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in art, design or media discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of college admissions or student recruitment experience.
• Ability to review portfolios in art, design or media disciplines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of public speaking.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally several times a year; ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Participate in recruitment and enrollment activities: open houses, regional presentations, college fairs, and information sessions.
• Travel on behalf of the College for recruitment and related events.
• Present to individuals and groups on campus and off campus about the Westphal College programs.
• Support graduate recruitment and enrollment strategies.
• Manage inquiries by phone, email and web; contribute to recruitment marketing plans.
• Develop and monitor reports to improve yield management and forecasting.
