Job summary

The Chicago School in Oregon is seeking an Assistant Director of Admissions on an entry-level management track. You will recruit certificate and degree programs, and serve as the primary contact from inquiry through enrollment, ensuring high student engagement throughout the process.

You will mentor Admissions Representatives, train staff on admissions best practices, and help develop messaging for recruitment. Evening and weekend availability and occasional domestic travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years admissions experience; 1 year at Senior Admissions Representative level or higher.
• Strong communication and listening skills; CRM experience.
• Bachelor's degree and CRM proficiency required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new students for assigned programs and serve as primary contact through admissions.
• Maintain Salesforce database with inquiries, calls, and activities; generate reports.
• Train and mentor Admissions Representatives; develop admissions messaging and content.
• Assist supervisor in evaluating performance and coordinating recruitment efforts.
