Job summary

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment strategies to support enrollment goals across assigned graduate programs.
• Represent the School of Management at recruitment events, fairs, partner institutions, and conferences, both domestically and internationally.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, families, agents, alumni, and partners.
• Provide personalized admissions advising through meetings, calls, and follow-up outreach.
• Support campus visits, recruitment events, and admitted student yield initiatives.
• Manage prospect and applicant activity within Slate with accurate tracking and timely communication.
