Job summary

Dow Inc. invites new graduate candidates to join its Early Career Program in Research & Development across North America, including Texas. You will develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes, and contribute to Dow’s sustainability initiatives.

Graduation must be no later than September 2027, and US work eligibility is required. Opportunities exist in process research, technical service & development, pilot plant technology, and data science/engineering, with collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Graduation date no later than September 2027.
• US work eligibility required; no visa sponsorship available for this position.
