Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking new graduate candidates for its Early Career Program in Research & Development to work in Texas and other North American locations.

As a BS/MS researcher, you will develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes, and stay current with industry developments to support Dow’s goals. Opportunities span process research, technical service & development, pilot plant technology, and data science/engineering, aligned with various business units, with emphasis on safety,

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree required in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
Graduation date no later than September 2027.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement technical solutions to meet business and customer goals.
Optimize processes and applications; troubleshoot and solve customer problems.
Assist in deployment of new products and technologies across the R&D function.
Collaborate across Dow teams to deliver on safety, innovation and value.
