Job summary

Dow is seeking new graduate candidates for Research & Development roles in North America, including Texas. You will develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes, and stay current with advances in science and technology to meet business goals.

As part of Dow’s Early Career Program, you will contribute to process research, technical service, pilot plant technology, or data science, collaborating across teams while focusing on safety and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science or related disciplines.
• Graduation date no later than September 2027.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.
