Job summary

Dow Inc. invites new graduate Bachelor and Master’s candidates to join our Research & Development Early Career Program in North America.

You will develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes, and stay current with technology developments while contributing to sustainable goals. As part of the program, you will have opportunities across process research, technical service & development, pilot plant technology, and data science/engineering, aligned with business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science, polymer science, CS, math/statistics or data science.
• Graduation date no later than September 2027.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship available for this role.
• GPA 3.00 or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Optimize processes and applications in R&D across multiple domains.
• Assist in deployment of new products and technologies; troubleshoot customer problems.
