Job summary

Dow is seeking new graduate BS/MS candidates for an Early Career Program in Research and Development across locations in North America, including Texas. You will develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes, and stay current with technology advances, with opportunities in process research, technical service, pilot plant technology, and data science/engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Graduation date no later than September 2027.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical solutions aligned with business and customer goals.
• Optimize processes and applications across the R&D function.
• Assist deployment of new products and technologies and troubleshoot customer problems.
