Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking new graduate Bachelor and Master’s candidates for an Early Career Program in Research & Development across multiple North American locations including Texas.

You will develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes, and stay current with technology while supporting Dow’s sustainability goals. The role emphasizes problem-solving, collaboration, and a strong safety mindset, with opportunities across process research, technical service & development, pilot plant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Graduation date no later than September 2027.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship for this position.
