Job summary

Dow is seeking new graduate candidates for a range of Research & Development roles across North America. You will develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes and applications, and stay current with developments in relevant areas of technology.

You will contribute to Dow’s sustainability goals across process research, technical service & development, and data science/engineering. This Early Career Program emphasizes collaboration, safety, and problem-solving, with opportunities

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in chemistry, chemical eng., mechanical eng., materials science, polymer science, CS, math/statistics or data science.
• Graduation date no later than September 2027.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship for this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Optimize processes and applications within the R&D function.
• Troubleshoot customer problems and deploy new products/technologies.
