Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking new graduate Bachelor and Masters candidates for a Research & Development career in North America, including Texas.

You will develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes, troubleshoot customer issues, and contribute to sustainability initiatives across several R&D areas. The role emphasizes problem solving, teamwork, safety, and business value creation, with opportunities across process research, technical service & development, pilot plant tech, and data

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science or related disciplines.
Graduation date no later than September 2027.
US work eligibility with no visa sponsorship available for this role.

Responsibilities
