Job summary

Villanova University is seeking an Assistant Director of Graduate Program Operations in the College of Engineering. This role oversees daily operations across all post-Baccalaureate graduate programs, ensuring smooth student services and program administration.

You will manage enrollment procedures, graduate assistant offers, visa processes, and budgets for fellowships while coordinating with university stakeholders to uphold academic policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and degree management software.
• Strong communication, organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of all post-Baccalaureate graduate programs in the College of Engineering.
• Oversee PhD program operations including exams and dissertation defenses; manage MS, BS/MS, Certificates, and non-credit programs' administrative processes.
• Coordinate budgets for Graduate Endowed Fellowships and Tuition Remission Credits; supervise Graduate Assistant for Graduate Studies.
• Support graduate student life by providing guidance, coordinating with graduate student groups, and chairing the Graduate Student Events Committee.
