Job summary

Villanova University is seeking an O’Toole Family Endowed Assistant Director of Scholarship Coordination. This role advances signature scholarship programs, coordinating across Enrollment, University Admission, Financial Assistance, and CASA to ensure scholars access strong support services.

The position reports to the Assistant Dean of Enrollment and works with donors, families, and external partners to deliver a personalized, mission-aligned experience for scholars across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in higher education, scholarship administration, student success, or related fields.
• Strong project management and event coordination skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the O’Toole Scholars program from selection to engagement.
• Plan recruitment travel and build partnerships with schools and community leaders.
• Coordinate finalist travel and manage on-campus interview day experiences.
• Oversee Posse, Evans, and other endowed scholarship programs and related partnerships.
• Collaborate with CASA and donor partners to enhance the scholar experience.
• Support program reporting, retention, and student stewardship initiatives.
• Engage in broader Enrollment Management priorities and special projects.
