Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an academic or research administration field is required.
• Experience in graduate program administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in day-to-day admin and operational functions of graduate programs.
• Collaborates with the Graduate School and Registrar to facilitate admissions, advising, defenses and degree processing.
• Reviews and approves degree eligibility and coordinates milestones across systems (Kuali, Spire).
• Maintains accurate student records and responds to inquiries from faculty, staff and students.
• Supports reporting, data collection and program planning for graduate studies.
