Job summary

Montclair State University’s Feliciano School of Business seeks an Enrollment Coordinator (Per Diem) to support graduate programs, including MBA, Analytics and Accounting. The coordinator will work with the Graduate Admissions office to provide critical support across student onboarding, enrollment management and retention.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail- and data-oriented, and enjoys working with prospective and admitted students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in higher education, student services, recruitment, or advising
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Familiarity with student information systems and CRM tools preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide student onboarding guidance and course scheduling options for prospective and admitted students
• Coordinate information sessions, track attendance, and support conversion to enrollment
• Assist with orientation, registration support, and problem resolution with registrars
• Monitor enrollment data and prepare reports; support space planning and program goals
• Engage with faculty, advisors, and staff to support student retention and success
