Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in higher education administration or student services.
• Proficiency with SIS and CRM platforms (e.g., Slate, Banner).
• Excellent professional communication and the ability to handle sensitive FERPA-regulated data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day program operations, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and accreditation standards.
• Oversee course scheduling and ensure adjunct faculty payment occurs.
• Assist the director in compiling data for reports and enrollment trends.
• Assist the director in creating systems and processes within the graduate programs to improve the student experience and retention.
• Assist the director in evaluating, designing, and implementing administrative systems to improve departmental workflow and communication.
• Assist the director in hiring adjunct faculty both domestically and ROW.
• Coordinate orientation and learning sessions for graduate students to familiarize them with college resources and practices.
• Coordinate with advising to monitor student academic standing, ensuring degree requirements and milestones are met.
• Act as the first point of contact for student questions and filter questions to appropriate parties.
