Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years relevant program experience.

Responsibilities

• 35% CGS Graduate Special Program support: manage activities, wellbeing initiatives, Graduate Council support, SNAP coordination, data collection, attendance tracking, records management, reporting, and communications with students, faculty and leadership.
• 25% PhD Admissions Coordination: track applications, communicate with applicants, conduct interviews, arrange campus visits, manage evaluation materials, support committees, track offers, and follow up with applicants and reviewers.
• 15% SURP Program Management: oversee applications, review distribution, offer communications, scheduling, onboarding, orientation, housing/travel coordination if applicable, financial coordination, and leadership communication.
• 10% Student Support and Advising Coordination: meetings, communications, referrals, resource navigation, record maintenance, event logistics, progress tracking, escalation as needed.
• 10% Orientation Coordination: planning and implementation, schedules, logistics, materials, incoming student communication, presenter support, alignment with program expectations.
• 5% Committee Service and Other Duties: represent College of Graduate Studies in executive committees, meetings, documentation, compliance, seminars, events, reporting, projects.
