Job summary

UT MD Anderson is seeking a Program Coordinator to support two GSBS graduate programs. You will provide high-level program administration, coordinate with faculty, students, and staff, and help maintain program operations and engagement across multiple committees.

The role emphasizes policy advisement, event planning, budget support, and communications to strengthen GSBS communities and academic excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Three years related experience including program/ project coordination.
• Experience with graduate programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for faculty and students on policies and engagement opportunities.
• Liaise between GSBS Dean's Office and graduate programs; advise on administrative aspects.
• Plan and implement changes to academic policies; support program assessments and reviews.
• Develop surveys, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas; record minutes for leadership and committees.
• Coordinate faculty membership applications and maintain program manuals and contacts.
• Develop, update budgets with Directors; monitor expenditures and ensure policy compliance.
• Organize and coordinate program events and retreats; manage logistics and publicity.
