University of California, Berkeley is seeking a Program Manager to support graduate students across multiple degree tracks within the Division of Community Health Sciences. The role includes high-touch student advising from recruitment to degree completion, plus collaboration with faculty directors and campus partners.

You will oversee enrollment, progress tracking, and program administration, ensuring adherence to campus policies and timely support for student success.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide guidance and coaching on processes and policies.
• Experience in student services in higher education.
• Ability to work across multiple programs and campus units.

Responsibilities

• Advise students on enrollment policies and procedures; assist with add/drops.
• Monitor academic progress and counsel on retention.
• Advise on degree requirements, curriculum, and milestones; resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Support concurrent degree programs and track progress; advise on program requirements.
• Manage data, records, and Academic Progress Reports; liaise with campus units.
