San Diego State University’s School of Public Health seeks a highly organized Graduate Program Coordinator to provide administrative coordination for graduate admissions, enrollment management, student services, and recruitment activities that support student success and program operations.

Key responsibilities include coordinating admissions through SOPHAS and related systems, maintaining student records, supporting orientation and recruitment events, and assisting adjunct appointment

Qualifications

• Experience in higher education, particularly graduate-level student services and admissions.
• Experience supporting diverse populations with customer-focused service.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
