Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support graduate students in registering for required coursework and process course overrides.
• Coordinate course scheduling and enter schedules into Banner and Degree Works.
• Maintain graduate student records, evaluations, awards, and documentation.
• Assist with admissions, orientation, and recruitment of new students.
• Coordinate department events, update program materials, and track degree progression.
• Provide office support and collaborate with Office Manager and Administrative staff.
