Job summary

CVS Health's Graduate Pharmacy Intern program trains you to apply didactic learning to real-world practice and prepares you for a Pharmacist role. Under a preceptor and District Leader, you’ll complete a comprehensive 120‑day training roadmap across store, district, and regional operations for patient safety and quality assurance.

You will support the pharmacy team to ensure timely, safe prescription fulfillment, learn SOPs, and develop empathy and communication skills while exploring

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe (120 days).
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Demonstrate empathy and genuine care in patient interactions.
• Comply with SOPs and pharmacy policies.
• Support immunizations and other patient services where allowed.
