Job summary

CVS Health is offering a Graduate Pharmacy Intern program designed to train and prepare you for a Pharmacist role. Under supervision, you’ll apply your didactic learning in real-world practice, follow SOPs, and contribute to safe, empathetic patient care while advancing in district and regional operations.

You will complete a comprehensive 120-day training roadmap, learn about drug utilization review, and gain hands-on experience in a pharmacy team setting with potential immunization

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before starting the Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain Pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe per state guidelines.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern and/or technician licensure as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe.
• Assist pharmacists with dispensing and patient service while maintaining accuracy and safety.
• Counsel patients under supervision of a licensed pharmacist when appropriate.
• Adhere to SOPs and ensure patient safety and privacy.
