Job summary

CVS Health is offering a Graduate Pharmacy Intern program. You will apply didactic knowledge to real-world practice, work under a licensed pharmacist, and complete a comprehensive 120‑day training roadmap across store, district, and regional operations.

As you gain readiness, you’ll support immunizations, DUR, and patient counseling while maintaining SOPs and a culture of empathy and safety. Some travel to stores may be required.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program is required.
• Ability to obtain pharmacist licensure within 120 days of graduation.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Attend regular training and complete within designated timeframe.
• Assist pharmacists and technicians in safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Counsel patients and provide empathetic, high‑quality service.
• Travel to stores within the market to support business needs as required.
• Adhere to SOPs, regulatory standards, and patient privacy protections.
