Job summary

CVS Health is seeking Graduate Pharmacy Interns to join our stores and support pharmacy teams while completing a 120‑day training roadmap after graduation. You will assist with prescription fulfillment, patient counseling, and immunization activities under supervision, contributing to safe patient care and a professional environment.

You will learn SOPs, engage in continuous improvement, and gain experience across store operations, district leadership interactions, and quality assurance measures.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern/technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Attend shifts regularly, including nights and weekends.
• Assist pharmacy teams to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Counsel patients and handle immunizations where allowed by state law.
• Follow SOPs, maintain patient safety, and protect privacy and security.
• Demonstrate empathy, effective communication, and teamwork.
