Job summary

CVS Health is offering a Graduate Pharmacy Intern program in California where you’ll apply didactic learning to real-world practice under a preceptor and district leader, completing a 120-day training roadmap to grow toward Pharmacist responsibilities.

You will help ensure safe, accurate dispensing, learn SOPs, and contribute to a caring, inclusive culture while gaining hands-on experience across store, district, and regional operations.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program before starting the Post-Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within state guidelines.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern and/or technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Concentration and focus on tasks to ensure patient safety.
• Customer service and teamwork orientation with clear communication.
• Ensure accurate prescription dispensing and labeling.
• Support immunizations and vaccination services where allowed.
• Maintain SOP compliance and professional standards.
