Job summary

Jefferson Health Education department seeks an Education Coordinator to administer graduate nursing programs, collaborate with program directors and chairs, and support accreditation compliance. The role emphasizes data management, student lifecycle coordination, and effective communication across faculty and students.

The ideal candidate will have strong organization, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with MS Office, Banner, and Blackboard, ensuring smooth operations year-round.

Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Administrative experience: minimum 5 years preferred.
• Previous university experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program logistics, complete paperwork, and manage student lifecycles.
• Ensure accreditation requirements are met and communicate with Directors and faculty.
• Develop databases and reporting to assess efficiencies and data accuracy.
• Assist with accreditation site visits and internal reviews.
• Coordinate applicant interviews, onboarding paperwork, and ongoing communications with Directors and students.
• Learn and utilize Banner and Blackboard; maintain confidentiality and strong organizational skills.
