Thomas Jefferson University is seeking an Education Coordinator to support graduate nursing programs in the Lehigh Valley. You will coordinate logistics, maintain accreditation readiness, and manage data reporting across cohorts in collaboration with Program Directors and Chairs.

The role requires strong interpersonal, organizational and computer skills, with experience in Banner/Blackboard and a commitment to confidentiality and independent work.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years administrative experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program logistics and paperwork from applicant to graduate.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and program policies.
• Maintain databases and generate reporting for faculty and students.
• Communicate with Directors, faculty, and students to resolve issues.
