Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures ongoing record keeping and submission of program materials and evaluations to PA State Nurses Association.
• Participates in Magnet Program Recognition accreditation activities.
• Serves on committees and shares information with peers and managers.
• Maintains required certifications related to area of responsibility/expertise.
• Interacts with staff, patients, and visitors in alignment with hospital core values.
