Job summary

Boston Children's Hospital is seeking a coordinator to support our Graduate Medical Education training programs. Under supervision, you will coordinate residency and fellowship activities, assist with onboarding, licensing, credentialing, and moonlighting processes, and help maintain education databases and materials.

You will plan educational and social events, liaise with faculty and trainees, and ensure compliance with ACGME and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• 2 years’ administrative work experience.
• Experience coordinating training programs or educational events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with training program leadership to coordinate GME activities.
• Coordinates candidate selection, interviews and travel arrangements.
• Manages onboarding, licensing, visas, credentialing and moonlighting processes.
• Designs content for orientation, schedules speakers and venues, and handles training prerequisites.
• Maintains GME databases and records (duty hours, evaluations, personnel).
• Ensures compliance with ACGME and hospital policies.
