Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Manager of Graduate Medical Education to provide administrative and operational leadership for its GME programs. You will serve as the primary day-to-day owner for assigned programs and partner closely with the DIO, program directors, physician faculty, residents, fellows and institutional partners to ensure accreditation readiness and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience in administrative, academic, healthcare, or program coordination roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational leadership for Mercy’s GME programs.
• Act as the day‑to‑day owner for assigned programs.
• Collaborate with DIO, directors, faculty, residents and partners to ensure accreditation readiness.
• Support recruitment and ongoing program operations as GME grows.
