Job summary

Mercy Hospital St. Louis Critical Care Medicine Fellowship seeks a Manager of Graduate Medical Education to provide administrative and operational leadership for Mercy’s GME programs.

This role serves as the primary day-to-day operational owner for assigned programs, working closely with the DIO, Director of Graduate Medical Education, program directors, physician faculty, residents, fellows, and institutional partners to ensure accreditation readiness, regulatory compliance, effective program

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and experience in administrative, academic, healthcare, or program coordination roles.
• Preferred Qualifications include Bachelor’s degree or higher and experience in Graduate Medical Education, academic medicine, or healthcare administration.
• Certification(s): TAGME certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational leadership for Mercy's Graduate Medical Education programs.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day operational owner for assigned GME programs; collaborate with DIO, Program Directors, faculty, residents, fellows, and partners to ensure accreditation readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Help build structure, scale processes, and develop programs as they mature and align system-wide practices across Mercy communities.
