Job summary

Mercy in Missouri is seeking a Manager of Graduate Medical Education to provide administrative and operational leadership for its GME programs. You will be the day-to-day owner for assigned GME initiatives, working closely with the DIO, Director of GME, program directors, physician faculty, residents, fellows, and institutional partners to ensure compliance and readiness.

This role suits someone who can build structure, scale processes, and develop alongside programs as they mature.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience required.
• Experience in administrative, academic, healthcare, or program coordination roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational leadership support for Mercy's Graduate Medical Education programs.
• Serve as primary day-to-day operational owner for assigned GME programs, collaborating with DIO, Directors, faculty, residents, and partners.
• Ensure accreditation readiness, regulatory compliance, and effective program operations.
