Job summary

Mercy in Missouri seeks a Manager of Graduate Medical Education to provide administrative and operational leadership for GME programs, serving as the primary day-to-day owner for assigned programs and collaborating with the DIO, program directors, faculty, residents, and partners to ensure accreditation readiness and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience in administrative, academic, healthcare, or program coordination roles.
• TAGME certification preferred.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or higher; experience in Graduate Medical Education or healthcare administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day operational and administrative owner for assigned GME programs.
• Collaborate with DIO, program directors, physician faculty, residents, fellows, and institutional partners to ensure accreditation readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Scale processes and develop structure to support program growth as GME programs mature.
