Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years office administrative experience; healthcare/education setting preferred.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day administration of the ACGME residency training program.
• Assist the Program Director with GME activities including recruiting, regulatory compliance, and accreditation, and manage financial resources.
• Serve as liaison between the Program Director, Residents, GME Office, Faculty, participating sites and other departments.
