Job summary

Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas seeks an experienced administrator to oversee day-to-day operations for the ACGME residency program. You will support the Program Director with regulatory compliance, recruitment, and budgetary management, interfacing with residents, GME staff and affiliated sites.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of office administration experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple projects with confidentiality. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years office administrative experience; healthcare background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains day-to-day administration of the ACGME residency training program.
• Assists the Program Director with GME activities, recruitment, compliance and budgeting.
