Job summary

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career engineer.
• Strong foundation in mechanical design, heat transfer, thermodynamics, materials, manufacturing.
• Experience using 3D CAD software to create parts, assemblies, or engineering drawings.
• Ability to plan technical work, analyze test data, document results accurately.

Responsibilities

• Create and update mechanical parts, assemblies, and drawings using Creo.
• Own defined mechanical design tasks from requirements through verification.
• Apply mechanical design principles to engineering decisions.
• Develop mechanical and thermal test plans for prototypes and development systems.
• Set up laboratory equipment, collect data, analyze results, and document conclusions.
• Evaluate prototypes and identify mechanical, thermal, or manufacturability issues.
• Support design verification and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain engineering documentation including design notes and test procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Present progress and recommendations in design and test reviews.
• Follow engineering processes, configuration-control practices, and safety requirements.
