Qualifications

• Provide IT support to Villanova University community via phone, chat, and in-person.
• Mentor fellow student technicians and escalation point for issues.
• Record and manage tickets using TeamDynamix (TDX).
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and account issues.
• Assist with account administration and operational support for enterprise systems.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and sound judgement.
• Adhere to university security, privacy, compliance, and data protection standards.
• Minimum one year of prior IT support, customer service, or technical troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Position offers $15.00/hour wage and includes summer, fall, and spring semesters, with all training provided.
