Job summary

Villanova University Information Technology Technician II - Video Event and Learning Spaces supports faculty and staff by shooting video, editing projects, and providing classroom technology support across campus.

You will work with professional staff, learn Final Cut Pro, Premiere, and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools, handle ticketing, and assist with events, meetings, and campus productions.

Qualifications

• Must be familiar with Microsoft Teams, Google Docs, and Spreadsheets (Excel, Pages, etc).
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office 365, including Teams, Outlook, and Excel
• Digital editing experience and proficiency – Final Cut Pro or Premiere
• Proficient in Zoom
• Must be responsible and be able to provide references.

Responsibilities

• Support video production and editing projects for faculty and staff.
• Assist in classrooms across campus and with event shoots.
• Shoot video, edit using professional software, and assist staff as needed.
• Provide customer service and handle basic ticketing, data entry, and clerical tasks.
