Job summary

Dana Corp is seeking graduates to join its Finance Development Program in January or June 2027. The FDP is a 3-4 year rotational program designed to build Dana's future finance leadership pipeline, with three assignments across the US before graduating into leadership positions.

Participants rotate through Accounts Payable/Receivable, Internal Audit or Corporate FP&A, and Plant Operations Controlling, with relocation to a USA plant and mentorship from senior finance leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance with GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Previous internship experience is desirable.
• Strong Microsoft Office expertise.
• Willing to travel and work extended hours as needed.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration across the organization.
• Open to change and adapt to new tasks.
• Detail oriented with analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Complete three rotations across the US in 12–18 month cycles.
• Rotations include Accounts Payable/Receivable, Internal Audit or Corporate FP&A, and Plant Operations Controlling.
• Relocate to a USA plant to finish the rotation program.
• Learn finance capabilities under supervision and mentorship.
