Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance with GPA ≥ 3.0.
• Previous intern experience desirable.
• Strong Microsoft Office expertise.
• Requires travel and occasional extended work hours to meet business demands.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong ability to partner with others across the organization.
• Strong initiative and influencing skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and mental agility to move among issues and topics with conflicting priorities without losing focus.

Responsibilities

• Finish 3 rotations: Accounts Payable/Receivable, Internal Audit or Corporate FP&A, Plant Operations Controlling.
• Relocate to a USA plant to complete the rotation.
