Ocean Spray is hiring for a Finance Development Program Analyst. Based in Lakeville, MA with a hybrid schedule (Mondays and Fridays remote), this three-year FDP offers rotations across Commercial, Operations, and Corporate finance.

You will receive mentorship, formal training, and on‑the‑job development to grow into finance leadership. The program emphasizes analytical skills, teamwork, and exposure to global markets, with a structured path to advanced finance roles and potential future

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, completed before program start date.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Minimum of one relevant internship and/or co-op experience.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through three 12‑month rotations across Finance functions: Commercial, Operations, Corporate.
• Learn and apply financial analysis, reporting, and leadership skills during rotations.
