Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance with GPA ≥ 3.0.
• Previous intern experience desirable.
• Strong Microsoft Office expertise.
• Requires travel and occasional extended work hours to meet business demands.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong ability to partner with others across the organization.

Job Purpose

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

An FDP will finish 3 rotations throughout Dana Including:

• Accounts Payable/Receivable (Accountant Role).
• Internal Audit or Corporate FP&A.
• Plant Operations Controlling (FDPs will be expected to relocate to a USA plant to complete this rotation).

FDPs learn general and specific finance capabilities under the supervision of their manager and mentor.

Education and Qualifications
